By downloading, installing, or using the Warrancy application you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. For material changes you will be notified via the app or by email.
Access to certain features requires creating an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and all activity carried out through it. Registration is permitted for individuals aged 16 and over. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access: warrancy.mobile@gmail.com
The application may only be used for lawful, personal purposes. Reverse engineering, uploading unlawful content, attempting unauthorised access to systems or data, and using automated tools without written permission are prohibited.
The application uses cloud storage. Despite security measures, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their important documents.
The application may send push notifications and email reminders. You can disable these at any time through the settings. We do not guarantee delivery of notifications due to factors outside our control.
Both free and paid plans are available. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.
Warrancy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, unless local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
